Do you manufacture your own brand of parts as well?No. We focus on repairing and recreating the specific parts that our clients need. We base our work off of drawings our engineers create from parts you send us. 

Can you reverse engineer my part?

Yes! If you aren’t able to get the OEM part, send the damaged one to us and we will get to work recreating it to the exact OEM specifications and standards or better! 

Do you keep a back stock of parts available for ordering?

No, we do not have the space to dedicate to an inventory at this time. We only manufacture parts you need. 

Do you sell babbitting material?

No. We use our trusted suppliers and use their babbit in our facility, but do not resell it. 

What thickness is the Babbitt you apply? 

The thickness varies by project, this is something we will discuss before we start on your part. 

Do you offer emergency repairs and replacements? 

Yes! Contact us today for a quote on emergency repairs. We can often do overnight delivery as well. 

Can you restore worn bearings?

Yes! Our Arc Flame Spray is a process that restores the diameter of worn bearings. 

What kind of accessories do you have?

We offer resistance temperature detectors, thermocouples, and the seals required for new and remanufactured bearings.
